CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics, whose term derives from the Greek Kalòs (beautiful) and sthenos (strength) represents a functional type of work carried out mainly in the free body and contains a set of exercises aimed at strengthening the body by contrasting the strength-weight of one's body alone.

The course includes the use of equipment such as: high bars for tractions, Swedish back, high and low parallels with a support function on which to move your body and rings with a destabilizing function to counter.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fee including course e free use from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

For summer courses, the subscription includes courses and free use on Fridays.

SIGNING UP

Deliver the completed and signed registration form and the total fee of the course. For non-members, the registration forms and the medical certificate of good health must also be delivered.

All exercises are aimed at an exponential increase in strength, muscle building, definition, toning and improving physical performance.

Calisthenics is a discipline suitable for most people, even for those who are out of shape and have not trained for long because once you have laid the basics and learned the fundamental exercises  it is possible to improve quickly in complete safety and quickly approach the so-called "skills".  The course therefore provides for the learning of all the prerequisites to be able to approach the skills such as: Back Lever, Front Lever, Planche, Muscle-up, Human Flag, HandStand, Pistol Squat, etc.

OPEN DAYS

During the Open Days it is possible to take a free trial lesson by sending an email to  milano@zero-gravity.it  indicating name, surname, course of interest, day and time.

To participate you must fill in the release form ( DOWNLOAD HERE ) and bring it signed.  (For minors, a parent's signature is required)

MANDATORY NON-SLIP SOCKS  (Those without them can buy them at the cashier for 2 €)
