1. Access and Membership

The Zero-Gravity sports center is for the exclusive and private use of Zero-Gravity S.S.D. Entry is permitted only to registered members who are up to date with the annual membership fee.

• Registered members may bring companions and guests, assuming full responsibility.
• The entry ticket is a proof of payment, non-transferable, and valid until exiting the facility. It may be requested by control staff.
• Anyone without a ticket must purchase a new entry.

2. Rules for Minors

• Children under 14 may access the facility only if accompanied by a parent or an adult with ID and a signed waiver.
• Companions may wait in a designated area but cannot enter the sports area without a valid ticket.

3. Behaviour Rules

The staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who disturbs public order through:

• Shouting, dangerous play, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Actions damaging the proper conduct of activities.

Anyone removed from the facility is not entitled to a refund.

4. Prohibitions

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Bringing glass objects or dangerous materials.
• Bringing animals, even on a leash.
• Smoking inside the sports center, gym, and changing rooms (including electronic cigarettes or similar).
• Consuming food or drinks inside the gym and changing rooms.
• Taking photos or filming without Zero-Gravity authorization.
• Posting flyers or promotional material without permission.
• Leaving objects or clothing in the changing rooms outside the allowed usage times.
• Entering the gym or training shirtless or wearing swimwear.
• Organizing private or group lessons not authorized by Zero-Gravity, even if free of charge.

5. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used with care and put back properly.
• Any damage will be charged to the responsible party.
• Zero-Gravity is not liable for damages caused by improper use of spaces, materials, or equipment.

6. Private Lessons

• Private lesson packages are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

7. Tickets and Services

• Tickets, birthday parties, and other services purchased are non-refundable and non-modifiable, unless supported by proven reasons.
• The only form of reimbursement available is a voucher.
• Time slots last 55 minutes.

Gym Regulations

Accessing the gym implies full acceptance of these regulations.

Safety Rules

• Only one person at a time may jump on each trampoline.
• Double or dangerous flips are prohibited (e.g., front flip, back flip, twists, etc.).
• It is forbidden to land on the head or neck on any piece of equipment.
• Do not jump on the padding.
• To jump from the platform onto the airbag, you must be at least 120 cm tall.
• The maximum allowed weight for the equipment is 100 kg.
• Always check that the airbag is clear before jumping.

Clothing and Accessories

• Anti-slip socks are mandatory.
• Wear only sports clothing (no jeans).
• Remove watches, necklaces, belts, earrings, and bracelets.
• Shoes must be worn outside the gym area, including when going to the bathroom.

Age Limits

The minimum age for access is 5 years.

Privacy Policy

Access to the sports center entails acceptance of the current privacy legislation.
