The Acrobatic Gymnastics and Trampoline course is suitable for those who want to improve coordination and psychomotor skills both on the ground and with the help of elastic trampolines, mini-trampolines, tumbling tracks and other typical acrobatic gymnastics equipment.

Lessons are divided equally between ground exercises (flips, wheels, rounds, flicks) and trampoline exercises (jump forward, backward, twists). The course is suitable both for those who want to try their hand at acrobatics for the first time (basic group), and for those who, after gaining experience in artistic gymnastics, want to continue training in a fun and non-competitive environment (advanced group).

Registration fee including one lesson per week and free use in the master gym during the opening days of the same.

SIGNING UP

Deliver the completed and signed registration form and the total fee of the corso. For non-members, the registration forms and the medical certificate of good health must also be delivered.
