Calisthenics, a term derived from the Greek kalós (beautiful) and sthenos (strength), is a functional training discipline mainly performed using bodyweight exercises. It includes a wide range of movements aimed at strengthening the body by working against one’s own body weight alone. The course involves the use of equipment such as high pull-up bars, Swedish wall bars, high and low parallel bars used as support structures for body movement, and rings, which introduce instability that must be actively controlled.

Private lessons

It is possible to book 55-minute private lessons. The fee for each single lesson is €40.
Alternatively, you may purchase a package of 11 lessons for €400. In this case, days and times will be agreed directly with the instructor.
The indicated fee applies to one participant only. For each additional participant, the fee is €15 per lesson.

The registration fee includes one class per week and free gym access from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For summer courses, the membership includes a once-a-week class and free gym access on Fridays.
