FLEXIBILITY:

SPLIT FRONT TILT

This workshop is designed for any level, all exercises are adaptable to various levels. The focus will be exclusively on the front split and on the execution of the tilt. After a general joint warm-up to prepare the joints for training, I will propose more specific exercises for the flexibility of the legs and the opening of the hips up to active standing mobility to perform the tilt.

To register, you must submit the completed and signed registration form and the total amount of the Workshop.

 

For non-members, the registration forms must also be delivered  ( compulsory annual membership € 5 ) and a medical certificate of good health.

Registrations are made every day at the sports center, or via email by writing to the address  milano@zero-gravity.it  and paying the fee by bank transfer to the following current account.
