FREESTYLE
To improve in skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding and all freestyle sports that require great coordination, Zero-Gravity organizes athletic and acrobatic training courses on trampolines.
PARKOUR
Parkour is a metropolitan discipline that consists in learning movements that allow you to overcome any kind of obstacle with the greatest possible movement efficiency and adapting your body to the surrounding environment. Freerunning in a similar way is based on overcoming urban obstacles but seeks the spectacularity and originality of the movements at the expense of efficiency.
CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics, whose term derives from the Greek Kalòs (beautiful) and sthenos (strength) represents a functional type of work carried out mainly in the free body and contains a set of exercises aimed at strengthening the body by contrasting the strength-weight of one's body alone.
AERIAL FABRICS
Aerial dance is a typical discipline of the circus arts and can be performed on different tools, such as fabrics, rope and hoop. In particular, the aerial fabrics are known for their spectacularity: the acrobat, overcoming the force of gravity, performs choreographies in which the plastic elegance of the static figures is reconciled with the dynamism and adrenaline typical of falls.
POLE DANCE
Pole dance is a sport that combines dance, gymnastics and acrobatics to perform choreographic figures with the help of the pole. The course develops remarkable qualities of strength, coordination, agility, flexibility and endurance and stands out from other courses for its feminine side, effective and fun to fight against the force of gravity.
AGILITY
The Zero-Gravity Sports Society organizes an agility course for children aged 8 to 11 to improve coordination and agility with psychomotor exercises derived from acrobatics, parkour and freestyle. Inside the Zero-Gravity gym, consisting of 1000 square meters of professional equipment such as trampolines, foam cube pool, parkour obstacles and paths and other acrobatic equipment, children are divided into small groups and followed by qualified instructors.
